Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix together with a spoon. Roll into balls. Place on a plate covered with wax paper and cover or place protein balls in plastic container. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before enjoying.
Can be stored in freezer. Defrost overnight in refrigerator or throw in a lunch box. Ready to eat by lunch time.
