LOCKING ARMS WITH MAMA'S THAT ARE READY TO MAKE A CHANGE
32 oz plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups mixed berries
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 chopped walnuts, pecans, almond slivers
1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds (shelled)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 chia seeds
1/4 cup flax seed meal
1/4 cup pure honey
2 cup rolled oats
2 1/2 cups dried fruits
Set aside 5 mason jars for assembling parfait. In a medium bowl whisk yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla together. In another bowl mix together any choices of nuts, seeds and/or spices.
Spoon 1/4 cup of yogurt mixture into glass. Layer 2 tablespoons of dry mixture of nuts, seed & spices. Sprinkle a few berries on top of dry mixture, then begin again with yogurt. Repeat layering until all ingredients have been used. Seal mason jar with lid.
Yogurt parfaits will keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
